Register now for the Coalition’s 16th Annual Children’s Issues Forum

The 16th Annual Children’s Issues Forum will take place on Thursday May 31, 2018  8:00 am – 10:30 am at the Agua Blue Hotel in Narrgansett.

This year’s  keynote speaker is Dr. Patrick Vivier, Professor of Health Services, Policy and Practice and Professor of Pediatrics and the Director of Interdisciplinary Education Programs for Brown’s School of Public Health Director.  In addition, he serves as the Director of the Hassenfeld Child Health Innovation Institute.  The focus of his remarks will be: “What Does a Healthy Community Look Like for Our Children”  He will outline the primary building blocks for a healthy community, where children can best play, grow, learn and succeed.

Latest data, champions, and breakfast with collegues.

As has been the case for 15 years, the Forum will be the place to meet with other advocates and practitioners for children while enjoying breakfast.

In addition to Dr Vivier’s presentation, the Coalition will offer the latest data on how the children and their families are faring in Washington County.

Also, the 2018 Champion for Children will be introduced for the first time.
